First of all, as you are probably aware, the Fund and the World Bank have been conducting a conference this week on the poverty reduction strategy of both institutions.

Normally we publish a World Economic Outlook only twice a year, but in times where there's been very rapid change in economic events or turmoil in the global economy, we come out with an interim WEO.
