The second report to the Executive Boards since the launch of the CIS-7 Initiative in April 2002. This Initiative was designed to increase donor awareness about the problems of these countries, and to enhance donor and country coordination. Presents a review of recent trends and developments in the seven low-income countries of the CIS, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Kyrgyz Republic, Moldova, Tajikistan, and Uzbekistan. Also describes donor activities in support of reforms in these areas.
