Odd Per Brekk Interview-Russia should shift spending,limit FX intervention:IMF

MOSCOW, Nov 9 (Reuters) - Russia needs to make its economic recovery more self-sustaining by shifting stimulus spending towards infrastructure and social needs and ensuring banks have enough capital, the IMF's senior representative in Moscow told Reuters.
