Shu-Chun Susan Yang is a Senior Economist in the Research Department of the IMF since June 2010 (currently on leave to teach at National Sun Yat-Sen Univerity). Before joining the IMF, she was a Principal Analyst at the Congressional Budget Office. Before that, she worked as an Assistant Research Fellow at Academic Sinica, as an Economist at the Congressional Joint Committee on Taxation, and as an Assistant Professor at John Carroll University.
