D. Filiz Unsal is an economist in the Research Department of the IMF since March 2011. Prior to this, she worked as an economist at the Asia and Pacific Department of the IMF. She received her Ph.D. in Economics in 2009, and MSc in Economics and Finance in 2006 from University of York. Her research interests include open economy macroeconomics and monetary economics.
