Last Updated: October 2006 The CPIS metadata presents descriptions of methodologies, compilation practices, and data sources used by Individual Economy Information in conducting the 2003 CPIS. The metadata identifies any deviations from the methodology set out in the Coordinated Portfolio Investment Survey Guide, second edition and also provides information on revision policy and data accessibility. Most economies participating in the CPIS have provided metadata for 2003, but in a small number of cases the metadata relates to 2001.
