Upon receipt of your order, we will begin shipping all new English titles, in paperback editions, unless only hardcover is produced. Also, you will automatically receive all complimentary publications as they become available. Delivery by surface mail is free of charge. You may elect faster delivery, the cost of which will be added to your invoice. Be sure to indicate your purchase order number if you wish this to appear on mailing labels and invoices. (Titles priced above $50.00 will not be shipped automatically. We will notify you and request confirmation of your interest.)
