The Moderator posts today an Interim Report on the EDG on pensions. Comments are welcome, to be send at: STAGOP@imf.org
An initial first draft was posted on August 25, 2003.
The Interim Report comprises 56 pages:
Section I provides an executive summary.
Section II introduces some background with a short history and review of business accounting rules.
Section III introduces the scope of the EDG after summarizing the 1993 SNA recordings and terminology.
Section IV summarizes each EDG contribution.
Section V provides a summary of the Moderator of first trends, suggested recommendations to the ISWGNA and a timetable.
Appendices list EDG contributions, EDG members and provides a Straw Poll Questionnaire.
