### Purpose and scope of the consultation
- Objective: Seek views on proposed recommendations to revise GFSM 2014 guidance to maintain consistency with revisions in the System of National Accounts (SNA) and the Balance of Payments Manual (BPM) to be implemented in 2025.
- Nature of proposed recommendation documents: Standardized and concise; intended to be read alongside the SNA and BPM update documentation and Draft 2025 SNA and Draft BPM7.
- Input use: Views will inform final decisions, which will be published as a “notice of decision”.
- Publication policy: Responses will be published in a summarized and anonymized format; respondents are asked whether they consent to potentially publishing parts of their response (consent options: yes / no).
