  - John C. Bluedorn, Deputy Chief in the IMF Research Department — will present global economic developments and the outlook.
  - Jean-Marc Natal, Deputy Chief in the IMF Research Department — will discuss the development and the long-term outlook of real interest rates in advanced and emerging economies and their policy implications.
- Second part presenter and topic:
  - Ranil Salgado, IMF Mission Chief for Japan and Assistant Director in the IMF Asia Pacific Department — will present the highlights from the Article IV Consultation with Japan, including a discussion of the growth outlook, risks and policy challenges.
