- Instructional focus:
  - Overview of how the IMF analyzes macroeconomic issues using the financial programming framework (ファイナンシャル・プログラミング).
  - Practical experience with IMF-style macroeconomic analysis, including economic surveillance and policy recommendation formulation.
  - Group work: participants apply introduced economic analysis tools to a country case and deliver group presentations.
