IMF Senior Resident Representative in the Republic of Türkiye since January 2024. Joined the IMF in 2002 and served in various positions at the European, Western Hemisphere, African, and Strategy and Policy Review Departments. He is from Buenos Aires and has a PhD in Economics from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
