The Polish government is making good progress with implementing the Budget System Reforms (BSR) program, first approved by the Council of Ministers (CoM) in 2016.
The government demonstrates a high level of commitment to these reforms.
Significant progress has been made in implementing the recommendations of earlier FAD missions with the support of the resident advisor.

Developing a Standard Chart of Accounts.
Establishing a Medium-term Budget Framework.
Strengthening budget planning and preparation.
Improving fiscal accounting and reporting and financial statements across the public sector.
Enhancing public financial management (PFM) practices in central and local government.
