      "content": "- Communications\n  - Further the IMF's external and internal communications strategy.\n  - Shape key external messages on IMF policy and activities and advise management and staff on message delivery.\n  - Monitor and respond to external stakeholders using multiple media and formats.\n- Facilities Management Services\n  - Ensure delivery of building facilities services at headquarters and other properties.\n  - Oversee project management, engineering and architectural planning and design, construction management, operation and maintenance, and real estate management.\n  - Responsible for nearly 200 residential and commercial offices around the world.\n- Finance and Accounting\n  - Execute financial transactions with counterparts such as central banks; maintain financial records and prepare financial statements.\n  - Contribute to analysis and formulation of policies on lending facilities, income, investments, liquidity, financial risks and corporate governance.\n  - Ensure effective systems and internal controls; conduct safeguards assessments at central banks; control payments, payroll, staff benefits, and allowances.\n- Human Resources (HR)\n  - Work on compensation and benefits, HR information systems, recruitment and staffing, staff development, and organizational effectiveness.\n  - Develop, implement, and manage HR policies and programs; analyze HR metrics; advise department managers on HR issues.\n- Information Technology (IT)\n  - Maintain capacity and 24/7 availability of computing and communications infrastructure.\n  - Protect information security and the IMF’s portfolio of applications; maintain uptime for employees working remotely and across offices in more than 80 countries.\n  - Develop programs and strategies aligned with IMF business strategy and manage service delivery for cost-effectiveness and agility.\n- Language Services\n  - Provide interpretation and translation to facilitate IMF communication with member countries and the public; translate publications into languages other than English.\n  - Core languages include Arabic, Chinese, French, German, Portuguese, Russian, English, and Spanish.\n  - Core staff are supplemented by freelancers and possess subject-matter familiarity with finance and economics.\n- Legal\n  - Advise management, the Executive Board, and staff on applicable rules of law; prepare decisions and legal instruments for IMF activities.\n  - Provide advice on use of IMF resources and surveillance and technical assistance on drafting legislation within IMF core mandates (e.g., central banking, financial sector regulation, AML/CFT and taxation).\n- Library and Archives\n  - Provide economics and banking-related content and services, a world-class archive, and records management for IMF and World Bank economists.\n  - Deliver outreach, training, reference services, innovative library products, and digital preservation methodologies.\n- Procurement\n  - Provide strategic procurement services to minimize total cost of ownership of goods and services, promote best practices, and achieve productivity improvements.\n- Security\n  - Protect IMF personnel, visitors, facilities, and information at headquarters and globally.\n  - Compile and analyze security data, liaise with law enforcement and intelligence agencies, identify and mitigate risks, respond to emergencies, and manage contract security officers, a 24-hour Global Security Operations Center, and executive protection.\n- Transportation and Hospitality\n  - Facilitate high-volume international business travel, family relocations, and individual missions; negotiate complex contracts with travel service providers.\n  - Oversee catering and audiovisual services; plan conferences and major events involving sensitive protocol; manage contracts and budgets."
