      "content": "- The schedule displays courses for the current year for this location; calendar options shown: 2025 2026 2027.\n- IMF Institute Training is delivered at the African Training Institute (ATI), Ebène, Mauritius.\n- Since 2013, the African Training Institute (ATI) has been offering a growing curriculum of courses tailored to the needs of ATI's 45 members and anchored in the broader engagement of the IMF in the sub-Saharan region.\n- Courses are open to government and central bank officials.\n- Courses are typically offered in English with simultaneous interpretation into French and Portuguese.\n- ATI endeavors to welcome participants from fragile and conflict-affected states and female participants to its courses.\n- The large majority of courses are offered in Mauritius but are occasionally delivered in the SSA region.\n- In-person and virtual courses are complemented by a program of webinars addressing key policy issues for sub-Saharan African policy makers."

      "content": "- Participation in courses is by application sponsored by the applicant's supervisor or director of training.\n- If a course is by invitation, candidates are nominated by government agencies at the request of the IMF department responsible for the course."

      "content": "- Candidates from international agencies and advanced regional countries who apply to attend IMF training events, if accepted, will be considered self-financed.\n- Local staff in IMF Resident Representative offices selected to train at regional training centers and programs would also be self-financed.\n- Self-financed participants are eligible to attend training at HQ as regular participants.\n- Attending as self-financed provides the same access to course content and activities, but all associated costs (accommodation, travel, and per diem) need to be covered by the sponsoring institution."
