      "content": "Upon completion of the course, participants should be able to:\n- Construct baseline projections of the real, external, government, and monetary sectors using sector-specific variables.\n- Describe the relationships between the sectors in both accounting and behavioral terms.\n- Create consistent one-year economic projections on the assumption that policies do not change.\n- Use a macroeconomic model to analyze how policy changes affect a forecast.\n- Identify and appraise the economic vulnerabilities inherent in an emerging market economy.\n- Prepare a macroeconomic policy scenario using a given set of data."
