### Course description
- Goal: Equip participants with the skills necessary to apply Behavioral Insights (BI) techniques to promote taxpayer voluntary compliance, reducing compliance costs for administrations and taxpayers.

  - Foundational discussion on BI principles and their relevance to international good practice in tax administration.
  - Application of BI principles to promote voluntary compliance for taxpayer registration, filing, and payment collection.
  - Practical session for participants to apply BI principles and reinforce learnings.

- What is Nudge and how to develop Nudge approaches?
