      "content": "- Digitization of public financial management (PFM) processes has seen accelerated progress in the past year aiming to ensure efficiency in operation during times of crisis.\n- Digitization has supported administration of safety nets, improved delivery of services and more effective cash and debt management.\n- The task of digitalizing PFM remains unfinished.\n- The seminar will inform participants of the potential for future advancements by leveraging existing and emerging technologies to:\n  - improve efficiency;\n  - promote accountability and transparency in budget management; and\n  - improve delivery of essential services.\n- The seminar will explore how a digital PFM system can interact with other systems to facilitate good governance."
