      "content": "- TADAT provides a 360-degree diagnostic using nine performance areas and 28 indicators.\n- TADAT assessments focus on the administration of the following core taxes:\n  - Goods and Services Tax (GST)\n  - Corporate Income Tax (CIT)\n  - Personal Income Tax (PIT)\n  - Pay As You Earn Amounts (PAYE)\n- Assessments are used at the national or sub-national system-wide level; in large federal countries, regional guided assessments can identify regional variations and specific weaknesses."

      "content": "- Target Audience: Participants who hold a position at the middle management level or higher in a federal revenue administration.\n- Qualifications: Participants are expected to have at least 5 years' experience in a federal revenue administration or an equivalent organization at the middle management level."

      "content": "- Workshop presented by the TADAT Secretariat and consists of:\n  - (i) the design principle and purpose of TADAT;\n  - (ii) the scoring methodology for each of the performance areas and indicators based on the TADAT Field Guide;\n  - (iii) the pre-assessment, assessment, and post-assessment phases of a TADAT diagnostic; and\n  - (iv) how to prepare a quality Performance Assessment Report (PAR).\n- Interactive elements:\n  - Discussion sessions with practice exercises and case studies mimicking real life situations."

      "content": "- A one-hour TADAT online exam is conducted.\n- Passing criterion: 75 percent correct response.\n- Those who pass the exam will receive a TADAT certificate.\n- Following successful completion, participants who have some international experience may be invited to participate in conducting TADAT assessment in any other country.\n- Participants will also be equipped to participate in an assessment of their own administration during the pre-assessment phase."
