      "content": "- The course consists of three segments:\n  - interest rate corridor (August 2021);\n  - central bank daily liquidity management (October 2021); and\n  - collateral framework for central bank liquidity-providing operations (January 2022).\n- Audience relevance: The three topics are of interest to officials from central banks in the region, independent of their current monetary policy regime.\n- Delivery format: The third segment on central bank collateral frameworks consists of three 90-minute sessions held over three days in a virtual format.\n- Session content:\n  - Day 1: IMF expert presentation on the key principles of a central bank collateral framework.\n  - Day 2: Lecture elaborating on the eligibility of specific asset types.\n  - Day 3: Invited central bank presents a case study sharing experience and challenges in implementing its collateral framework, followed by a panel discussion."
