      "content": "- Purpose:\n  - Support India’s commitment to meeting the G20 Data Gaps Initiative (DGI) Recommendations II.15 and II.16 by focusing on Recommendation II.15.\n- Focus:\n  - Equip officials, mainly from India’s CGA, to translate reporting data for India’s budget central government (BCG) into the GFS framework.\n- Content areas:\n  - Main components of the GFS framework on revenue, expenditure, and financing.\n  - Comparisons between the GFSM 2014 framework and current reporting standards for BCG.\n- Pedagogy and practical work:\n  - Participants will be separated into groups to generate GFS data for BCG using reported data for BCG.\n  - Each group will present its generated GFS data to other groups and compare results."

      "content": "- Primary objective:\n  - Enable participants with a good understanding of the reporting requirements for India’s BCG to gain knowledge on the GFSM 2014 framework.\n- Expected outcomes:\n  - Reach a consensus with the faculty on the correct mapping of reported data to the GFSM 2014 framework.\n  - Enable India to partially achieve the GDI Recommendation II.15 by producing BCG GFS.\n- Further work noted:\n  - Additional work will be required to increase coverage to include state government GFS to fully satisfy the recommendation."
