- High-level officials from Ministries of Finance, including vice-minister/permanent secretary level representatives responsible for PFM functions (treasury, budget, fiscal policy).
- High-level officials in charge of digitalization efforts within the Ministry such as Vice-ministers, Directors General of Information Technology, or Chief Digital Officers.

- Discuss strategies for positioning PFM digitalization as an enabler of fiscal governance and advancing national priorities such as inclusion, climate resilience, or transparency.
- Identify approaches to foster institutional coordination, long-term planning, and leadership development across ministries and levels of government.
