### Course description — core themes and curriculum
- Delve into primary challenges encountered by central banks in emerging markets and developing economies in policy communications and transparency.
- Cover core elements of an effective communication framework:

  - Role of communication units
  - Tools and channels
  - Methods for assessing communication effectiveness
- Address communication in key policy areas:
  - Monetary policy communication
  - FX policy communication
  - Financial stability communication
- Crisis communication and mechanisms to strengthen transparency and accountability
- Country case presentations to illustrate practical examples
- Interactive sessions, including simulations of real-life communication challenges, to support peer learning and practical exchange among participants
