      "content": "- The course provides General Inductees of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) a broad understanding of macroeconomic issues and tools used to assess the economic situation.\n- The course is designed to strengthen participants' ability to assess a country's macroeconomic situation, including:\n  - the current state of the economy;\n  - the stance of fiscal and monetary policy;\n  - financial stability; and\n  - the sustainability of public debt.\n- Throughout the course, these concepts are applied to India to illustrate its current macroeconomic opportunities and challenges, and to demonstrate practical tools for use in day-to-day macroeconomic analysis and policy making.\n- IMF offers online training to government officials and the public."
