### Resident Representative for Iraq
- Resident Representative: Mohamed Jaber
  - Mohamed joined the IMF in 2006 as an economist in the GCC division, where he served for two years.
  - He then spent ten years in the financial sector, first as head of MENA economics at Morgan Stanley and later as head of research at the Abu Dhabi Investment Council.
  - In 2018, he returned to the Fund as a senior financial sector expert in the Global Markets Analysis division.
  - Subsequently, he joined the Iran desk as a senior economist and, in 2024, assumed the role of Resident Representative for Iraq and Yemen.
  - He holds a Ph.D. from the George Washington University.

  - Bisan holds a bachelor’s degree in Engineering in Applied Environmental Geology from University of Jordan and a diploma in Information Technology.
