  - Instructions to contact the IMF for issuance of a “Certificate of International Capital Transfer” or other approvals to enable receipt of large sums of monies as beneficiaries.
  - Contact e-mail information is always BOGUS.
  - Requests for personal banking details used for fraudulent activities.
