- Malhar Nabar
  - Heads the World Economic Studies Division in the IMF's Research Department, which produces the World Economic Outlook (WEO).
  - Previous roles: covered China and Japan in the IMF's Asia and Pacific Department; mission chief for Hong Kong, SAR.
  - Research interests: financial development, investment, and productivity growth.
  - Career note: Joined the IMF in 2009; previously an Assistant Professor of Economics at Wellesley College.
  - Education: Ph.D. from Brown University.
- Florence Jaumotte
  - Deputy Division Chief in the IMF’s Research Department.
  - Previous work: Multilateral Surveillance Division and the World Economic Studies Division of the Research Department; worked on a number of country teams; previously in the Economics Department of the OECD in Paris.
  - Research interests: open-economy macroeconomics, economic growth, inequality, labor market institutions and climate.
  - Education: Master in Economics from the University of Namur; Ph.D. in Economics from Harvard University.
