- Priscilla Toffano (Прішила Тофано), an Italian national, is the IMF Resident Representative for Ukraine.
- With a career at the IMF spanning over a decade, she has worked on fiscal, monetary, financial, and structural reforms across various countries in Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.
- Her previous roles at the Fund include:
  - providing technical assistance on fiscal policy (Cambodia)
  - participating in financial sector assessment programs (United Kingdom, Mexico, Kazakhstan)
