      "content": "- The review builds upon the existing CD strategy and focuses on two mutually reinforcing objectives:\n  - Increase the impact of Fund CD by:\n    - further strengthening integration with the Fund’s policy advice and lending operations;\n    - continuing to frame CD through comprehensive strategies tailored to each member’s needs, capacity, and conditions, with a focus on implementation and outcomes.\n    - ensuring stronger coordination between CD and the Fund’s other core functions so CD better connects with countries’ risks and vulnerabilities and so surveillance and lending integrate lessons from CD more effectively.\n  - Increase the efficiency of CD by:\n    - improving CD processes and systems to enhance transparency and strengthen the basis for strategic decision making."
