### Objective and Scope
- Proposes a targeted modification to the Transparency Policy to permit certain deletions across market access Country Documents rather than on a case-by-case basis.
- Motivation: the new Debt Sustainability Framework for Market Access Countries (MAC SRDSF) produces output shared with the Board that must be deleted from Country Documents prior to publication.

### Specific MAC SRDSF output proposed for deletion before publication
- (i) the near-term risk assessment;
- (ii) when debt is assessed to be sustainable, the qualification "with high probability" or "but not with high probability", unless such qualification is required for use of Fund resources;
- (iii) the mechanical signal on debt sustainability.

### Policy implication
- The paper seeks authorization to apply these deletions uniformly across market access Country Documents to reflect the MAC SRDSF requirements.

### Subjects and keywords
- Subject: Debt sustainability, Debt sustainability analysis, External debt, Monetary policy, Political economy, Public debt
- Keywords: access country, Debt sustainability, Debt sustainability analysis, Fund arrangement, IMF team, market sensitivity concern, market-sensitive material, transparency Policy
