Rudolfs Bems

Rudolfs Bems is an Economist at the IMF Research Department since 2007. His research interests fall in the general field of International Macroeconomics. He has published articles in leading academic journals, such as the Journal of International Economics and Review of Economic Dynamics. He received his Ph.D. in Economics from Stockholm School of Economics in 2005. He has also worked as an economist at the European Department of the IMF and at the Research Department of the European Central Bank.
