Frederik Toscani is a Senior Economist in the IMF's European Department, covering the Euro Area. Previously he worked in the Western Hemisphere and Fiscal Affairs Departments. He holds a Ph.D. and an M.Phil. in Economics from the University of Cambridge and a B.Sc. in Economics from the London School of Economics.
