These statements are reproduced as submitted by the delegates concerned and have not been checked against delivery; they have not been edited, but in a few cases grammatical and/or typographic errors have been corrected.
The statements reflect only the views of the speakers and not those of the Bank and the Fund.
Paper copies of all speeches are issued as press releases and are normally made available at the Meetings' site upon delivery.
