Your per capita GDP (PPP) for Malta in 2007 seems way too high
Your per capita GDP (PPP) for Malta in 2007 (at 53 359 international dollars) seems way too high.
It is two and a half times higher than the level given in the World Bank's "2005 International Comparison Program" published recently. Il makes Malta the third richest country in the world (before Norway).
Did you make a mistake somewhere, or did they discover oil?

Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We have looked at the issue and indeed found an error in the calculations. We are working on resolving this and we will let you know once the corrected numbers are up on the database.
