Thank you for your question. Unfortunately, we do not provide a list of USD-based economies. We do provide a list of all countries in the WEO database and their reporting currencies. See here. For a more comprehensive list of countries, please see the CIA's World Factbook. From both lists, you can search which countries use the USD as their official currency.
