Enrique Flores is Senior Economist in the Fiscal Affairs Department of the IMF. He was previously a Senior Economist at the Western Hemisphere Department. He has work extensively on fiscal issues in several resource-rich countries including Colombia, Ecuador, México and Venezuela.
