Kimberly Beaton is an economist in the IMF’s Western Hemisphere Department, currently covering Panama. Previously, she was a Senior Advisor to the Executive Director for Canada, Ireland and the Caribbean. Prior to joining the IMF, she was an economist at the Bank of Canada. She holds a Master’s degree in Economics from Queen’s University in Canada.
