Vladimir Klyuev is Deputy Chief in the Macro Policy Division in the IMF’s Strategy, Policy, and Review Department. In his IMF career, he has worked on a variety of advanced economies, emerging markets, and low-income countries. He has also spent several years in the IMF’s Research Department covering multilateral issues. Mr. Klyuev has produced a number of theoretical and empirical articles and papers on topics as diverse as exchange rate arrangements, household savings, and inflation targeting. He holds a PhD in Political Economy and Government from Harvard University.
