The Annual Meetings press credentials grant access to the Press Room, press conferences, briefings and public seminars in the Bali International Conference Center (BICC). Representatives of Civil Society Organizations should visit Information for Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) for details on CSO accreditation.

Press Equipment

Even though a journalist, because of citizenship, may not require a visa to enter to the country, the journalist visa will facilitate press accreditation and temporary entry of equipment. (see more below)

Professional equipment:

To bring professional equipment, journalists need to file a Media Equipment Form for professional equipment and materials (cameras, audio equipment, etc.).

The equipment, in principle, has to enter the country with the journalist. However, if a journalist needs to send the equipment earlier or bring it back later, the same tax and customs treatment can be applied as long as it is established, with the Passport or official document, that the baggage arrived in the country one (1) month before and up to six (6) months after the date of arrival of the passenger. This should be indicated on the list of equipment accompanying the visa application with the arrival date of the passenger and the arrival / departure date of the equipment.
