Keyra Primus is an Economist in the IMF’s Fiscal Affairs Department. Prior to joining the IMF, she worked as an Economist at the Central Bank of Trinidad and Tobago and taught at the University of Bristol. Her research areas include excess reserves, fiscal rules, macroeconomic policy in resource-rich countries, and revenue mobilization. Keyra holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Manchester.
