IMF Says Uneven Global Growth Disappoints

An uneven global recovery continues, says the IMF’s latest World Economic Outlook. The IMF forecasts global growth to average 3.3 percent in 2014―unchanged from 2013―and to rise to 3.8 percent in 2015.
