Overview
- The Policy Framework Paper (PFP) series ended in January 2000.
- Policy Framework Papers were prepared by the member country in collaboration with the staffs of the IMF and the World Bank.
- PFPs describe the authorities' economic objectives, macroeconomic and structural policies for three-year adjustment programs supported by ESAF resources, as well as associated external financing needs and major sources of financing.
- These documents are being made available on the IMF website by agreement with the member country as a service to users of the IMF website.
Definitions and scope
- The term "country" does not in all cases refer to a territorial entity that is a state as understood by international law and practice; as used here, the term also covers some territorial entities that are not states.
- Dependent territories of member countries are listed alphabetically followed by a description of the constitutional relationships with their member countries.
