Alina Iancu

Alina Iancu is the mission chief for Bosnia and Herzegovina and Deputy Unit Chief in the European Department. Her analytical and operational work focuses on the international monetary system and the global financial safety net, and macro-financial issues. Before joining the Fund, Ms. Iancu was a research analyst at Franklin Templeton Investments, in San Mateo and an Assistant Professor at Drexel University, in Philadelphia. She holds a Ph.D. in Economics from Michigan State University.
