Borja Gracia is Deputy Division Chief in the Expenditure Policy Division of the Fiscal Affairs Department at the International Monetary Fund. Prior to this role, he worked in the European Department, where he served as Special Assistant to the Director and mission chief for Lithuania and San Marino.
