Christoph Klingen

Christoph Klingen is Deputy Chief of the Emerging Europe Regional Division in the IMF’s European Department. Since the mid-1990s, he has worked extensively on the economies of emerging Europe in the context of bilateral and regional surveillance, IMF-supported programs, and technical assistance.
