Flavien Moreau

Flavien Moreau is a macroeconomist at the International Monetary Fund’s Western Hemisphere Department, where he covers regional economic developments in Latin America and the Caribbean. Previously at the Fund, Flavien has worked on the Democratic Republic of Congo, the Eastern Caribbean, and Saudi Arabia. His research interests include in competition policy, labor and health economics. He obtained a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles.
