Hoang Pham

Hoang Pham is Deputy Chief of the Country Unit in the IMF Legal Department. He works on a broad range of legal issues covering IMF provision of financing, surveillance, exchange system, sovereign debt and IMF financial operations. Before joining the IMF, he was an attorney in international law firms in Washington D.C. and Minneapolis, Minnesota, USA. Hoang holds a J.D. and M.A. degrees from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, USA, and a B.A. LL.B. from Hanoi Law University, Vietnam.
