Holger van Eden

Holger van Eden is Deputy Division Chief in the Fiscal Affairs Department of the IMF. He has worked with Ministries of Finance in Eastern Europe, Asia, Latin America and the Caribbean on program budgeting, institutional restructuring, budget and fiscal responsibility law, and government cash management. Before joining the IMF, Holger worked in international consultancy, journalism, and the Dutch Ministry of Finance. He is presently editor of the IMF’s PFM Blog.
