John Spray

John Spray is an Economist in the Asia Pacific Department of the IMF. Before joining the Fund, John worked as a Country Economist for the International Growth Center in Rwanda, and as an Economic Advisor to the Minister of Commerce and Industry in Liberia. He holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Cambridge
