Julio Escolano

Julio Escolano is an advisor in the IMF's African Department, working on Ethiopia. Previously, he was in the IMF's Fiscal Affairs Department where his work covered a variety of topics such as public debt sustainability, fiscal decentralization, fiscal transparency, and tax and expenditure policies.
